I became aware of Kristina at a time when our son was waking up up to 15 times a night and only fell asleep again with the help of his bottle, if at all. Both he and I were quickly at the end of our reserves. But simply letting him cry it out was definitely not an option for me. I felt like I had tried all the other tips online and had failed. With Kristina’s guidance we and especially our 9-month-old son managed to get used to the new routines after just a few nights. Suddenly, both daytime and night-time naps were much more relaxed. Even now that he is over a year old, Kristina has given me the tools I need to lovingly and safely guide him back into his sleep routine after difficult phases such as teething, illness or vaccinations. Kristina and her skills absolutely convinced me. With her confident and trustworthy demeanor, she not only convinced me but also accompanied me very well. In caring conversations, she helped me – and first and foremost my daughter – to achieve a balanced and healthy sleep rhythm. At the age of ten months, she not only fell asleep independently in her room, but also slept through the night. Straight away, my daughter seemed more balanced, content and energetic! To this day, a clear structure regarding nutrition and sleep helps my daughter. But I wouldn’t have been able to establish this structure without Kristina. Kristina did a really good job in letting us feel welcomed and understood.
Kristina could always share a personal experience related to our challenges and therewith made us feel understood. This was one of the most important aspects for us during the program. She sufficiently explained to us the reasons why Paula was not sleeping well and laid out the sleep plan in a clear manner being easy to follow and understand. Kristina well explained the advantages of following the plan but in the same time offered us flexibility to adjust it to our personal needs. All sleep issues have been resolved, Paula is now sleeping in her bed and through the night on her own. All of us are experiencing much better sleep and are much more relaxed during the day and are capable of handling stressful situations in a more effective way. We are very satisfied and would always recommend her to friends.

We enlisted Kristina’s help for our 6 month old son. Before the program, he woke up every 30-60 minutes at night, and during the day he only found his way to sleep in the carrier. Within two weeks, with Kristina’s help, we learned how we can help him sleep independently. Now he sleeps through the night and also sleeps well in his crib during the day. He and we are doing much better now, he is much more balanced and we are having a really nice time together. We can highly recommend Kristina’s sleep advices.
